Legal Counsel - full/part-time - f/m based in Munich

You will work on:

  • Review, negotiate and draft national and international client contracts, with a strong focus on our enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Review, negotiate, and draft national and international supplier contracts
  • Develop and draft contractual templates, such as GTCs and EULAs
  • Support our Gloal Sales team in negotiations and formal client requirements from different geographies and cultures, incl. coordination with client legal departments
  • Develop legal best practices and frameworks
  • Support our People team with contractual matters
  • Handle legal disputes if required
  • Coordinate with external law firms 

You have:

  • A university degree in law
  • Practical work experience of at least 5 years – either as a corporate legal counsel or as a legal advisor in a law firm – preferably in an international context
  • Broad experience with the negotiation of B2B contracts
  • Experience with drafting contracts for digital matters, i.e. software licenses, SaaS models, rights of use, etc.
  • Good know-how of the GDPR requirements
  • A well-balanced judgement on legal risk vs. commercial impact
  • A structured and diligent though pragmatic approach
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Embracing and convincing negotiations skills in client situations up to C-Level
