NavVis proudly announces the opening of its first international office in New York City. The office will be led by newly appointed Head of North America Evan McPhee. Evan holds a Harvard MBA and previously worked at Facebook and Bain. The team in New York is complemented by serial entrepreneur and former Leica Geosystems VP Doug Flint, who will join NavVis as Global Head of the Scan4CAD service line.
NavVis CEO Felix Reinshagen: "Opening our first international office is a big step for us. We want to be present in the United States with a local team so we can be closer to our existing US customers and grow our customer base. Plus, we’re excited for one more excuse to regularly visit New York City!"
Evan McPhee: "NavVis is tackling an extremely exciting set of challenges and use cases in the ‘Great Indoors’, and our partners and customers in North America are already doing amazing things with NavVis technology. Having an office here in New York City will allow us to provide better and more responsive service to our customers and help us to showcase our technology to new clients that can benefit from our indoor mapping and location based services."
Doug Flint: "I know this industry really well, and the new capabilities NavVis is introducing are extraordinary. I can’t wait to bring this technology to more customers in the US and beyond - there’s huge potential not only in documentation, CAD, and BIM but to digitalize every process that is carried out in buildings."
