Felix Reinshagen, our founder and CEO, said: “We feel truly honored to receive the FOCUS Digital Star German Digital Innovation Award and we would like to say thank you to the DLD jury for having selected NavVis. This is a huge success for our entire team, which has worked tirelessly on the realization of end-to-end digitization of buildings over the last years. And there is much more to look forward to: later this year we will launch our unique NavVis smartphone app for turn-by-turn navigation in complex indoor spaces. For the first time, this eliminates the necessity to build an infrastructure in the form of additional Wi-Fi hotspots or Bluetooth beacons.
I would like to extend my gratitude to my co-founders and all our colleagues at NavVis, our long-term supporters from the Department for Media Technology at the Technische Universität München (TUM), the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at TUM, UnternehmerTUM, BayStartUP, ESA, and CDTM.
