Lee Miller is the Director of Virtual Design, Construction and Operations (VDCO) at The LiRo Group, an architecture, engineering and construction firm with projects for a variety of public and private sectors in the Northeast and West Coast. Lee is responsible for proactively identifying and strategically driving the implementation of emerging technology and VDCO initiatives. He is currently developing client focused VDCO solutions for building and infrastructure projects using data-driven methods to ensure efficient, progressive, and consistent project performance.
Lee has extensive experience driving BIM transformation, optimizing design process, and developing interoperable and integrated procedures to make the most efficient use of technology for design and construction. He continues to lecture and present at various local and international institutions and events about these topics as well as emerging best practices.


Val Tzvetkov
Senior Regional VDC Manager | Skanska

Val Tzvetkov is the Senior Regional VDC Manager overseeing construction technology for Skanska New York’s $800M -$1.2B yearly construction project portfolio. Val’s responsibilities include implementing a project-specific digital strategy, standards and adaption of disruptive technology to improve Skanska’s core business. Over the last five years, Val is overseeing the digital technology, BIM and Reality Capture for the $5.1B Design-Built La Guardia Terminal B Redevelopment. The new Terminal B will encompass more than 1.3 million square feet of new facilities, with 35 brand-new gates, 8 miles of new road and 18 new road bridges. Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, Val drew early inspiration for built environment from his family who are also engineers, architects and builders. During his Architecture studies at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Val became deeply interested in the craft of making digital models. In 2012 he joined Tocci Building Companies’ VDC group and worked on a diversified portfolio of construction projects and supporting clients with technology adaption. Clients included aLoft Hotels, Harvard University, Boston Medical Center, Alexandria and Autodesk.


Vincent Poon
Global Principal, Digital Integration | Unispace

With more than 20 years’ experience in architectural design – 15 of which have focused on building information modelling (BIM) – Vincent is an avid futurist with keen interest in genomics and evolution theories. With great passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency for the business, Vincent is a driving force for Unispace’s innovative design technology services and a leader in creating industry’s first AI assisted design automation tool for interior space planning. He provides direction and strategic leadership to the business, establishing methodologies for best practice design technology and BIM integration.


Marek Koltun

Marek carries over 10 years of experience in business development and go-to-market strategies for early stage tech startups. He has helped building both B2C and B2B technology companies across multiple verticals.
For the past 4 years, he specializes in reality capture, indoor positioning and Digital Twin technologies. While growing the NavVis US office he assisted in the execution of some of the largest scale laser scanning projects to date. Projects in his portfolio vary from super-tall commercial and residential towers in Manhattan, through transportation hubs and the largest retail centers in the country, to both process and discreet manufacturing plants in the auto, consumer electronics, food/beverage, oil and gas industries.
