Senior Field Marketing Manager (f/m) based in Munich

NavVis is looking for an experienced data-driven marketer to join the Global Marketing team to develop strategy and messaging, sales materials and marketing activations for NavVis’ indoor spatial intelligence enterprise solutions. You will be closely working with our Global Head of Marketing and focus on launching new field marketing campaigns to grow customer adoption across the globe.

You will work on:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams like global sales, customer experience and marketing partners to drive both inbound and outbound marketing activities 
  • Creating and executing a global scalable acquisition and retention programs designed to drive the usage of NavVis' solutions among key customer segments
  • Global Sales enablement strategy (positioning and messaging for different client personas & competitive intelligence) and execution in the form of case studies, sales decks, one-pagers, etc. to help the sales teams onboard new clients
  • Working closely with the Demand Generation experts to drive regional marketing campaigns leveraging a variety of engagement channels including email, website, webinars, blog and social media to improve NavVis' brand awareness in the market at generating qualified leads
  • Partnering with the PR & Communication experts, produce thought leadership pieces to pitch to industry media outlets via our PR agency
  • Event speaking opportunities, create online and offline channels for engagement and represent NavVis at industry events and conferences

You have:

  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing, sales or any other related field 
  • at least 2+ years of experience in field marketing or product marketing
  • Proven experience in creating compelling messaging, positioning and product marketing narratives 
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and launching to market innovative enterprise solutions
  • Remarkable listening skills as well as fantastic presentation & communication abilities (spoken and written)

You are:

  • Confident working with global cross-functional teams in a rapidly moving environment  
  • Team player with outstanding project management and interpersonal skills 
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Great in translating company's vision into an executable action plan
  • Process oriented with strong attention to details
